High Schoolers For Frontliners recently kicked off the new year with another round of donations across the DMV! Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our student volunteers, High Schoolers For Frontliners was able to donate 544 pillows, 356 letters to veterans, and 171 blankets to the Veterans Affairs Baltimore Hospital Center as well as the MedStar Washington Hospital Center.
As we continue donating and furthering our mission of supporting our community, it’s important to recognize the impact students can have when they band together.
Thank you to all volunteers and hospitals for helping High Schoolers For Frontliners reach its fifth anniversary!
We’ll continue to work with hospitals and patients around the DMV. We’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to some of the hospital workers such as Sister Daria at the Medstar Washington Hospital, who wrote a personalized note for our volunteers.
