Hello everyone, two days ago, we held a zoom meeting going over some new updates. Thank you to everyone who attended, and here’s a recap if you missed it.
- Our Kickstarter for our COVID memorial website has launched: http://kck.st/
39NWuDv! Please watch the short 5-minute video and help us spread the word! - There are only 21 days left, and we have already received $1,576 in pledges, but Kickstarter operates on an all-or-nothing basis, so we need your support to make this website possible!
- For those wondering, we are not the ones making the site. Using Freelancer.com, we’ll hire professional developers to make the site include all the features that we want.
- Allison has created a new website for HSFL: hsfl.info! Check out some blogs, cartoons, the gallery, and more.
- In the About Us section of this website, the HSFL Team and Volunteers are listed. We have pictures for many of you, but if you haven’t sent in a picture of yourself yet, please do so! We want to give recognition to all of our hard-working members.
- Here’s an update on our donations for last month:
- March 24th: We sent 265 masks to the Montgomery County Detention Center and 250 masks to the Howard University Hospital.
- March 25th: We donated 280 masks to the Anne Arundel Detention Center and 280 masks to the Doctors Community Hospital.
- In total, we donated 1075 masks in March 2021!
